Walnut Creek CA - In 2004, I'd met Alicia Driscoll who arrived with intent of buying her daughter a used play structure. We met because I was selling my sons play structure and we stayed in touch. The investigators know we'd communicated via email and phone. 

Preceding Event:  During summer 2004 my F-250 Truck burst into flames on 680 NB which was documented in December 2012 on my other blog Contra Costa Watch -- The 680 Fireball.   The Driscoll story resurfaced in early 2014 and by then incident database found a missing link. My 2004 arson fire matches the 2014 Orland Fire. 
I think we've got some ruthless and endlessly greedy Plaintiff's Attorney's and perhaps we should craft a new law. Alicia and Jineva's law - the Anti-Anti Public Corruption law.
