Black Repatriations and the City of Pittsburg - white on black

Black Repatriations and the City of Pittsburg - white on black

Pittsburg CA 1985

The City of Pittsburg during the 1980s was filled with racial strife, murders, and arson but running a business meant dealing with the brutal and nice Italians.  Your business was predetermined to to succeed or fail but if you endured those tactics as business person you suspected many and many suspected the police.

A long list of cases gone cold blacks hanging from trees to racketeering cases connected to the Contra Costa District Attorney offices up until the arrest of DA Mark Peterson and his cronies within the Contra Costa County Sheriff's department and related Contra Costa County Narcotics Enforcement Taskforce (CNET)

A few real stories interconnected via the deep rooted corruption stories.

Eek! Feds charge Concord man who allegedly plotted mass murder of Jews, cops with lying to join the army

This sounds like someone got to him.  If he's smart enough to post bail then he's smart enough to spend time in jail.

This is the county with two faces and many sides.

Feds charge Concord man who allegedly plotted mass murder of Jews, cops with lying to join the army

Federal charges filed Friday

Ross Anthony Farca, 23, was charged with criminal threats and gun possession.
PUBLISHED:  | UPDATED:

OAKLAND — Federal charges have been filed against a Concord man who allegedly posted online about wanting to shoot up a synagogue and kill as many Jewish people and police officers as possible.

Ross Anthony Farca, 23, was charged Friday with making false statements in order to attempt joining the military. The charging records allege that Farca lied in order to join the U.S. Army.

The charges are the latest legal problem for Farca, who in June was charged in Contra Costa County with making criminal threats and possessing an assault weapon, which Farca allegedly made from parts he ordered online.

Federal authorities arrested Farca at his home Thursday morning, where he’d been out on bail in his Contra Costa case. He remains in federal custody, and on Tuesday a judge will decide whether to keep him jailed, set bail, or release him with conditions.

Farca allegedly lied about his mental history in order to join the U.S. Army in June 2017, the complaint alleges. He was successful in duping army recruiters, granted admission, and sent to a basic training facility in Georgia, prosecutors say.

Once there, Farca assaulted one of his fellow trainees, according to the complaint.

Farca was arrested by Concord police in June and charged with making criminal threats after he allegedly posted on the video game platform Steam that he wanted to imitate the Poway synagogue shooter “except with a Nazi uniform on” and tally “a body count of at least 30.” He also allegedly referred to the Christchurch mosque shooter as “a hero.”

“I would probably get a body count of like 30 (Jews) and then like five police officers because I would also decide to fight to the death,” Farca said in one post, using a derogatory term to refer to Jewish people, according to court records. In other posts, he allegedly discussed picking a “better target than some random synagogue,” and referred to Jews as “subhumans.”

He was also charged with manufacturing and possessing an illegal assault weapon after police searched Farca’s home and found an assault rifle he claimed to have made, 13 empty magazines, a three-foot Katana sword, camouflage clothes, pistol ammunition, a hunting knife and books about Hitler youth and Nazis.

The day after he was arrested, Farca was released upon posting a $12,500 deposit for his $125,000 bail. He remains out of custody at least until his preliminary hearing on Dec. 9 under the condition that he can be searched by police at any time and must not possess firearms or ammunition.

His release has alarmed members of the Jewish community, fearing that without constant supervision, Farca would act on his violent threats.

During a search of Farca’s home, authorities say they seized books about Hitler, as well as a camouflage uniform, a homemade AR-15-style rifle, several magazines, and pistol ammunition.

Arson or Fire in 1998

Walnut Creek -- Fire officials suspect arson in the four-alarm blaze that sent smoke and flames billowing from an office complex near Highway 24 last night.
Workers in the seven-building complex were led out quickly as the fire engulfed a three-story building on Camino Diablo and spread to two other buildings, said Battalion Chief Clark Walker of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District. No injuries were reported.
Walker said arson investigators are suspicious because the fire spread so rapidly. The building at 2950 Camino Diablo was most damaged, but the blaze also damaged buildings at 2960 and 2940 Camino Diablo.
The fire was reported at 5:30 p.m. and was controlled in about two hours, with 60 firefighters at the scene. Some firefighters planned to stay all night putting out hot spots.
"It was a very difficult fire to put out because the buildings are so close," Walker said.
The blaze started on the upper floors of the complex, which hold offices for lawyers, dentists, travel agents, therapists and other businesses.
The damage to the buildings is estimated to be more than half a million dollars.
Although the fire sent a haze of smoke over the nearby Interstate 680-Highway 4 interchange during commute hours, traffic was not affected, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The Pathetic Congressman DeSaulnier, the lynching of a black man near his former bar TR’s home of the Political power lunch crowd.

Dear Constituents and Readers

I have colorful but a tragic history connected to Congressman Mark DeSaulnier.  I was was once a heavy drinker in his bar.  We met in 1981 when m crew was building Hobies Roadhouse Bar and Restaurant when the City of Concord was a different place.

There was a rough and tumble crowd near downtown off Sixth Street, there was urban sprawl extending to Clayton, but two blocks south a black man was lynched which is one of the original staged suicides,

Concord has many chapters of cover-ups and viscous political plays.   My personal connection is losing millions when my witness was murdered 1989.  The big problem was no one from the District Attorneys office asked my attorneys if his testimony was important.
Public Meetings and Police
IN the coming days I am filing a claim with Diablo Valley College over the Affordable Care Act (ACA) meeting held on the DVC Campus.  Arriving early left a wide open clear space where the first row was empty.
Within minutes the College Police were called then later I was escorted out during a conversation with the President of DVC where we were discussing the murder of John T. Nejedly.
I know that Former Concord Officer Foley time as Concord Officer overlaps Congressman DeSaulnier business and political career that he and Foley would have met.
Too bad for the FBI I know enough about the CNET Scandal to know that anyone serving in SWAT would know Commander Norman Wielsch now inmate Wielsch sitting in Federal Prison.

In 1986 a black man found himself on he last train leading to the last stop leading to the Concord BART.   He called family for a ride but the next morning he was found hanging from a tree between TR’s Bar and Grill and the Concord BART.

In 2003, less than 500 feet from the 1986 lynching Kevin Flanagan took his life in the B of A parking garage on the last day of job after being outsource.   There I am in 2003 holding a protest about American Jobs where I felt like the Baton Death March of WWII.  For us it was a war for B of A and IBM you got a bonus.

2008: A deadly trailer fire in Immokalee claimed its fifth victim Tuesday

IMMOKALEE: A deadly trailer fire in Immokalee claimed its fifth victim Tuesday. The Collier County Sheriff's Office says Emiliano Lopez Figaroa died as a result of injuries he received during the blaze. Four people were killed in the fire, Figaroa died Monday and five others were injured. It happened at the Cleves Trailer Park at 713 2nd Avenue in Immokalee On Tuesday, authorities released the names of those involved. In addition to Figaroa, those killed in the fire were:

Pascuala Mendez, age 34
Luciana Vasquez, age 13
Rodrigo Mendez, age 6
Unidentified adult male

Here is a list of the four victims that are still in the hospital recovering from their injuries:
Bonifacio Carrillo, age 31
Albino Juarez, age 32
Armando Lopez, age 21
16 year old boy who has not been identified by the family because of the severity of his injuries.

Jose Carrillo, 21, has been released from the hospital.
Investigators have determined the deadly blaze was intentionally set. It was the second time in two weeks that a fire was reported at the home. In the beginning there was speculation that the fire was started by a Molotov cocktail, which is basically a bottle filled with gasoline. But the fire marshal has ruled out that possibility. Investigators still don't have any suspects. "There haven't been any indications on any specific person or people we should be looking for," said Kristin Adams, Collier County Sheriff's Office. Adams says detectives think the fatal fire is connected with two others set on the same night. "They are considering these fires possibly being related to one at Lazanos and the other at Sunoco," said Adams. No one was injured in either of those fires. Florida Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink, who also serves as the State Fire Marshal, is urging anyone with information about the fatal fire to call 1-877-NO-ARSON (1-877-662-7766). A $2,500 reward is also being offered for a tip that leads to an arrest. "A reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for taking these lives. We will not tolerate this kind of violence and are aggressively working to bring those responsible to justice," said Sink. The Bureau of Fire and Arson Investigations (BFAI), Collier County Sheriff's Office and the Immokalee Fire Department are all investigating the blaze. The BFAI made more than 500 arson-related arrests last year and has an arson clearance rate that surpasses the national average.
